Round Jar Sticker Labeling Machine

The operation of a round jar sticker labeling machine with a self-adhesive label roll begins with jars being placed on the conveyor system, either manually or via an automatic feeding mechanism. The conveyor steadily moves the jars toward the labeling station. To ensure proper alignment and prevent collisions, a separator mechanism, such as a spacing wheel or a timing screw, spaces the jars uniformly. As each jar reaches the labeling area, a photoelectric sensor detects its presence and sends a signal to the label dispensing system. After the label is dispensed, the jar moves to the wrapping station, where rollers or wrapping belts gently rotate it. This motion presses the label firmly onto the jar’s curved surface and ensures a smooth, wrinkle-free application. The adhesive backing of the label activates as it is peeled off the roll, securing it instantly to the jar without the need for additional glue. Final pressing rollers or pads apply additional pressure to ensure complete adhesion, particularly at the edges of the label. The machine also includes a quality control system that checks the alignment, placement, and adhesion of each label. Jars that fail the quality check are automatically rejected. This streamlined process, controlled through an intuitive panel with adjustable speed settings, ensures high precision and efficiency for round jar labeling.
