Fixed point round bottle labeler machine using a self-adhesive label roll starts with bottles being placed onto the conveyor system, either manually or via an automated feeder. The conveyor moves the bottles steadily toward the labeling station. A separator mechanism, such as a timing screw or star wheel, spaces the bottles evenly, ensuring there are no overlaps or misalignments during the labeling process. As the bottle reaches the labeling station, a photoelectric sensor detects its position at a fixed point, triggering the label dispenser to release the self-adhesive label. The sensor ensures that the label is applied at the exact moment when the bottle is stationary and in alignment, which is crucial for accurate and consistent labeling.

Once the label is dispensed, the bottle continues to move under the wrapping device, where a set of rollers or a belt system applies gentle pressure to the label, ensuring it adheres smoothly to the round bottle’s surface. The self-adhesive label is peeled from the roll and sticks instantly to the bottle as its adhesive backing is activated. The fixed-point design of the labeler ensures that the label is applied consistently in the same position on each bottle, guaranteeing uniformity across the entire production run. Additional pressing rollers or pads may be used to reinforce the label’s adhesion, particularly around the edges, ensuring a secure and wrinkle-free application. After labeling, the bottles pass through a quality inspection system to check for alignment, adhesion, and overall label integrity. Any bottles that do not meet the required standards are automatically rejected. This automated process, supported by adjustable speed and precise controls, ensures efficient and high-quality labeling for round bottles.
