The conveyor ensures a steady, continuous flow of bottles toward the labeling station. To maintain proper spacing between bottles and avoid overlaps, a separator mechanism, such as a timing screw or a star wheel, positions each bottle at equal intervals. This ensures that each bottle arrives at the labeling station individually, ready for accurate label application. As a bottle approaches the labeling station, a highly sensitive photoelectric sensor detects its presence and sends a signal to the label dispenser. The dispenser then releases a label at the precise moment the bottle is aligned, ensuring the label is correctly positioned on the bottle’s surface.

Once the label is dispensed, the bottle enters the wrapping station, where rotary rollers, belts, or pads apply consistent pressure to secure the label onto the bottle’s surface. The rollers rotate the bottle as it passes through, wrapping the label evenly around its circumference without wrinkles or bubbles. The self-adhesive backing of the label activates as it is peeled from the roll, adhering instantly to the bottle without the need for additional glue. To ensure maximum adhesion, a final pressing roller or air-blow system reinforces the label’s attachment. After labeling, the bottles are inspected for proper alignment and adhesion by a quality control system. Bottles that fail to meet the set standards are automatically rejected from the production line. This fully automated, user-friendly process, supported by an adjustable speed control panel, ensures high precision, efficiency, and consistency for various labeling requirements.
