Automatic self-adhesive bottle labeling machine begins with bottles being fed onto a conveyor system, either manually or through an automatic feeding mechanism. The conveyor moves the bottles in a steady flow toward the labeling station. A separator mechanism, such as a timing screw or star wheel, spaces the bottles evenly to ensure proper alignment and prevent bottle collisions. As each bottle approaches the labeling area, a photoelectric sensor detects the presence of the bottle and triggers the label dispenser to release the self-adhesive label at the exact moment the bottle reaches the proper position. This precise synchronization ensures that the label is dispensed accurately and adheres to the bottle without misalignment.

After the label is dispensed, the bottle moves into the wrapping station, where rotary rollers or a belt system gently rotate the bottle as it passes through. This rotation allows the label to wrap evenly around the bottle’s surface. The self-adhesive backing of the label activates as it is peeled from the roll, enabling the label to stick securely to the bottle without requiring additional glue. The wrapping device ensures that the label is applied smoothly, without wrinkles, air bubbles, or misalignment. Additional pressing rollers may be used after the wrapping device to apply firm pressure, ensuring that the label adheres firmly, particularly along the edges. Finally, a quality inspection system checks for proper label alignment and adhesion. Bottles that fail the quality standards are automatically rejected, ensuring only properly labeled bottles proceed to the next stage. This fully automated system, with adjustable speed settings and user-friendly controls, ensures high efficiency, precision, and consistency throughout the labeling process.
