Full Wrap around Jar Labeling Machine

A full wrap around jar labeling machine using a self-adhesive label roll begins with jars being fed onto the conveyor system, either manually or via an automated mechanism. The conveyor moves the jars smoothly towards the labeling station. To ensure proper spacing between the jars, a separator, such as a timing screw or star wheel, is used to position them evenly. This prevents any bottle overlap or misalignment during labeling. As each jar approaches the labeling station, a photoelectric sensor detects the jar’s presence and sends a signal to the label dispenser. This sensor ensures the label is dispensed at the exact moment the jar is aligned correctly, guaranteeing accurate positioning. The self-adhesive label is then peeled from the roll and dispensed onto the jar’s surface.

Once the label is dispensed, the jar moves into the wrapping station, where a set of rotary rollers or a wrapping belt gently rotates the jar as it passes through. This mechanism ensures that the label wraps fully around the jar, creating a smooth, wrinkle-free, and seamless full wrap. The self-adhesive label adheres immediately to the jar without additional glue, thanks to the adhesive backing being activated as it is peeled from the roll. To ensure the label is securely fixed, especially at the overlap area, additional pressing rollers may follow, applying firm pressure along the edges. The labeled jars then pass through a quality inspection system that checks for proper label alignment, adhesion, and appearance. Any jars that do not meet the quality standards are automatically rejected, ensuring a flawless labeling process. This fully automated system, with adjustable speed controls, provides high accuracy and efficiency for full wrap-around labeling applications.
