Round Bottle Labeling Machine

The operation of a round bottle labeling machine using a self-adhesive label roll begins with bottles being fed onto the conveyor, either manually or through an automated feeding system. The conveyor moves the bottles in a steady and uniform flow toward the labeling station. A bottle separator, such as a spacing wheel or timing screw, ensures that bottles are evenly spaced to prevent overlap or collisions during the labeling process. As each bottle approaches the labeling station, a photoelectric sensor detects its presence. This sensor is critical for precise timing, triggering the label dispenser to release the self-adhesive label at the exact moment the bottle is correctly aligned. The label, already backed with adhesive, is peeled from the roll and presented for application without additional glue.

Once the label is dispensed, the bottle enters the wrapping station, guided by rotary rollers or wrapping belts. These components press the label onto the bottle’s surface and rotate the bottle to wrap the label evenly around its circumference. The adhesive backing of the label ensures a secure and wrinkle-free application. Additional pressing rollers or pads may follow to ensure the label is firmly adhered, especially along the edges. The labeled bottles then pass through a quality inspection system, which checks for the labeling’s alignment, adhesion, and completeness. Bottles that do not meet quality standards are automatically rejected. This efficient, fully automated process, with features like adjustable speed and precision controls, ensures high accuracy and productivity, making it ideal for round bottle labeling in various industries.
